Errors and failover
Sorts each failure by kind, retries passing glitches with spaced random waits, and moves to a backup model when one keeps failing.
Why it matters
Model calls fail often in real use. Without this, one rate limit or outage crashes the run or quietly returns nothing, and retries that all fire together make an outage worse.
