Questions
What is a credit?
A credit is how we measure use. A quick answer takes about 215 credits, a deep answer a few hundred to about 900, and a Check-up about 8,900. These are estimates from what we measured; a bigger question costs more. The app shows your balance.
Do my credits reset, even on an annual plan?
Yes. Your monthly credits reset every month on your renewal day, also when you pay yearly. Unused monthly credits do not carry over. Flex credits you bought never expire.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. An upgrade starts now and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in the app. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Your account stays and returns to the Free plan.
Do the Flex packs expire?
No. Flex credits stay on your account until you use them. You need a Pro or Max plan to buy a pack.
Which currency, and are there taxes?
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Taxes may apply depending on where you live; the checkout shows the total before you pay.
Is there a discount?
The first payment of a new subscription can cost less through a campaign or an affiliate link, and the checkout shows it. See the affiliate program.
Is there a plan for teams?
Not yet. A team plan with shared workspaces is planned. Until then each person has their own plan.
Where is my card stored?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. We keep your plan, your credits and links to your invoices. See the privacy page and the terms.
